Saperston Real Estate arranges $2.5 million sale of 93,000 s/f retail and warehouse space; completed by H. Saperston / Cowing of Pyramid Brokerage

Saperston Real Estate Corp. have arranged the sale of a 93,000 s/f retail and warehouse building at 1888 Niagara Falls Blvd. at the Youngmann Expresssway ramp. The sale price was $2.5 million. The property was the former Weinheimers Co., a distributer of appliances and was sold by Weinheimers former owner, Alan Bagley, to Alan 8182 LLC. The three tenants, Carpet Smart, Extreme Discount Mattress and a warehouse operation by Brooks & Whittle will remain on long-term leases. The purchaser is a local investor who owns other warehouse properties in Tonawanda and Amherst.
