Grassi & Co. has been named one of the Best Companies to Work for in New York State for 2014. Grassi & Co. will be honored at a public awards dinner to be held at the Albany Marriott on May 6th from 5:45 - 9:00p.m. During the event, Grassi & Co. will learn their rank among 32 companies in the category for small and medium-sized employers with 15 to 249 U.S. employees. A special publication profiling all 60 winning organizations and their unique employment perks will be produced for distribution to event attendees, higher education institutions, as well as thousands of human resources professionals and organizations across New York State. Created in 2007, these celebrated annual awards are a distinctive program that evaluates and ranks the best places of employment based on employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as workplace practices and policies. The 2014 Best Companies to Work for in New York State Awards is a partnership of the New York State Society for Human Resource Management (NYS-SHRM), The Business Council of New York, Best Companies Group and Journal Multimedia Corporation. To be considered for recognition, companies had to enter into a two-part survey process and fulfill eligibility requirements set by the partners of the program.
