Furey joins Cronin & Cronin Law Firm

According to Cronin & Cronin Law Firm, PLLC founder Brad Cronin, leading litigation attorney Raymond Furey has joined the firm. Furey brings over 30 years of experience to Cronin & Cronin's established and expanding practice. In his new position, Furey will incorporate his trial skills into the "tax certiorari" field in the metropolitan area, as well as upstate New York. Furey was recently re-certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an organization that recognized his achievement of board certification in the field of civil trial advocacy for a continuous period of 20 years. Furey has served as a member of the board of directors of the Nassau County Bar Association; chairman and board member of the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association; and VP of the torts, insurance and practice committee of the American Bar Association. He also served as a member of the 10th Judicial Department Grievance Committee overseeing ethical violations for attorneys practicing in Nassau and Suffolk counties and was designated a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
