Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates arranges $2.2 million sale of 9,700 s/f property at 34-39 56th Street in Woodside

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) has arranged the sale of a 9,700 s/f property at 34-39 56th Street in the Woodside neighborhood of the borough for $2.15 million. Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, made the announcement.
Vincent Lopez of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates was the broker for both the buyer, Video Concepts, and the seller, IL Nuraghe, in the transaction.
For the past 20 years, Video Concepts has been a leader in production and staging, creative services, interactive media, and event planning solutions. The company is relocating and expanding from a self-owned, 4,400 square-foot space at 18-25 26th Road in Astoria.
The two-story warehouse at 34-39 56th Street features 24-ft. ceilings, two drive-in doors, a1,200 s/f mezzanine level, and eight parking spaces. The building underwent a renovation by the Eastern Paralyzed Veterans Association before the seller, IL Nuraghe, purchased the building for wholesale wine storage. IL Nuraghe then sold the wine business and rented the property to Eurocraft Stone, a marble manufacturer, until listing the asset for sale with Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates.
