Dolgin named salesperson at KD

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, a Brooklyn-based real estate brokerage, management and ownership firm, has named Grant Dolgin salesperson.
Grant joins the firm following more than three years as a professional equities trader, holding series 7, 63 and 55 licenses. He will be responsible for all facets of the business, including sales and leasing, management, development, and arranging financing for the firm's many projects in New York City and beyond. In his capacity, Grant will handle the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial properties, and manage several of the firm's renovation and restoration projects throughout Brooklyn and Queens.
A 2004 graduate of Brandeis University, Grant earned his BA in Economics and International Business.
Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates is a 104-year-old, Brooklyn-based real estate firm. In addition to providing brokerage and management services, Kalmon Dolgin has acquired $300 million of its own real estate assets within the past year alone, primarily industrial and medical/office properties.
