Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, one of the nation's largest real estate investment services firms, arranged the sale of 355 Stockholm St., a six-unit apartment property, according to J.D. Said Boukhalfa, from Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer, a developer, was secured and represented by Boukhalfa.
"The buyer wanted all violations removed which the seller was able to deliver on," said Boukhalfa.
The three-story, apartment building, is located on Stockholm Street between Wyckoff Ave. and St. Nicholas Ave. in the Bushwick section of the borough. "Bushwick is the new East Williamsburg," said Boukhalfa, "Submarkets continue to experience huge investors demands from Manhattan and out-of-state."
The building's six convertible two-bedroom apartments have been fully renovated and are equipped with mahogany wood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and security cameras. The property's basement is finished with tile floors and may be leased as a medical office.
