Hess of TerraCRG named exclusive agent of two Brooklyn properties

According to TerraCRG, Brooklyn's leading commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, Adam Hess, partner and senior vice president of the firm, has been retained as the exclusive agent for the sale of 285 Court St. and 384 Court St. in the Cobble Hill and Carroll Gardens neighborhoods. The properties are being marketed together.
The two corner mixed use buildings consist of ten residential units and two commercial spaces. The properties are located in two of the strongest retail corridors in the city with rents ranging from $80 per s/f and exceeding $150 per s/f. 285 Court St. is a three-story building located on the corner of Douglass Street in Cobble Hill and consists of four residential units and one commercial unit. 384 Court St. is a four-story building located on the corner of Carroll St. in Carroll Gardens. Both properties are a short distance to the F & G subway lines, as well as the 2,3,4,5, and R trains at Borough Hall.
