02-04-2014 - AREW to hold first luncheon of 2014 at Club 101

January 27, 2014 - Brokerage
The Association of Real Estate Women (AREW) will hold their first luncheon of the year on February 4th. The event will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Club 101, 101 Park Ave. at 40th St. The guest speaker will be Samantha Rudin, vice president of Rudin Management Co. She will discuss the Saint Vincent Hospital's redevelopment project in the West Village - The Greenwich Lane - in which she is actively involved. The Greenwich Lane is a collection of five unique addresses and five townhouses nestled together in the West Village. Revitalizing the city block between Tenth and Eleventh Sts. off Seventh Ave., the complex is groundbreaking for its fully LEED-certified combination of historical restoration and new construction, created by FXFOWLE. All buildings are centered on a core of green space in a rare, large private garden, while a staggering array of amenities delivers an unheard-of level of character and service for all of the residences. Interior designer Thomas O'Brien makes every home an example of custom-made luxury, bridging the glamour of Old New York to the ease and individuality of modern living. Cost: AREW members: Free. Members of other crew chapters and NYBC Council of Industry Women's Organizations: $100. Non-members: $120. Register at www.arew.org
