Annie Yao of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group, LLC has arranged a corner space lease to Hair Bar NYC at 218 Madison Ave. The 925 total s/f lease includes 625 s/f in retail and a 300 s/f basement. Yao represented the landlord and tenant. The new optical store will open where Magda K fashion store was located for the last 15 years. The space is at the intersection of Madison Ave. and East 36th St.
