Tupper S. The new property will provide housing options, while expanding its long-term solutions for preventing homelessness. "McGuire Development will provide assistance in locating our new property within the City of Buffalo, planning and development of the future site and will provide brokerage services to purchase our new property." McGuire Development will act as City Mission's representative during the construction of the new facility, including retaining the project architect, engineer, and contractors; development design; cost analysis; municipal approval; incentive application preparation assistance; and all construction and post-construction phase services to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. The Buffalo City Mission, founded in 1917, is a not-for-profit organization that provides preventative, emergency and long-term recovery services to thousands of people who are homeless or impoverished.
