Valerie Alfieri of Sutton Real Estate represented Mitsuba Sushi Bar in the lease of 2,833 s/f located at 2300 N. Triphammer Rd. in Tops Plaza. Mitsuba Sushi Bar is a New York Style Asian Fusion restaurant which offers fresh sushi and hibachi. Mitsuba is currently located in New Hartford, Rome and is planning on opening in three additional locations in central NY by the second quarter of 2014. Benderson Development is the owner of Tops Plaza and was represented by Brenda Sorg.
