Hunt Corp. Services, Inc. has renewed Allcare Medical's lease at 125 Newtown Rd. They currently occupy 27,966 s/f of industrial space in the building. The building at 125 Newtown Rd. is a 51,981 s/f flex building located off the Long Island Expressway with parking provided on a 3.3-acre site. The multi-tenant high technology center is fully occupied. Allcare Medical, a division of Passaic Healthcare Services, LLC, is a full service DME (durable medical equipment) company specializing in clinical respiratory, wound care and support surfaces. Allcare Medical employs over 200 associates with seven locations in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. "We were delighted to retain Allcare as a tenant and were able to provide them with the additional space they required since they expanded their business," said Hunt.
