Britvan of Commercial Realty Services completes sale of 74-room Jericho motel

Jack Britvan, SIOR, president of Commercial Realty Services of Long Island, represented the buyer and seller in the sale of The Hostway Motor Inn. The 74-room motel is located at 101 Jericho Tpke. The purchase price was close to the $3.3 million asking price. The motel is being updated by the new owners. Herb Kaplan was the seller.
