Jerry Mancini, Greg Hamilton and Lee Schaller of Cornerstone Capital Realty LLC have sold a NNN Dunkin Donuts on Nesconset Hwy. for $1.05 million. Cornerstone represented the seller and buyer. Mancini represented the buyer and Hamilton and Schaller represented the seller.
