Thru the Lens: Rose Associates and DTH Capital

Rose Associates and its developer/owner partners DTH Capital hosted a successful reception for the retail brokerage community to highlight the availability of retail space at 70 Pine St., the residential conversion of the million s/f 1932 Art Deco tower in the financial district. Guests were greeted by the 70 Pine St. guest services staff who explained the features and amenities of the 776 unit ultra-luxury rental building which opens to residents in the fall of 2014. Exclusive retail brokers SCG Retail and Williams Jackson Ewing were present to serve as hosts, and witnessed the random drawing of four valuable prizes by Adam Rose, co-president of Rose Associates for four lucky winners.
