William Walzer, a partner in the law firm Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP, is joining the board of The Real Estate Network and Transactions (R.E.N.T.), according to Ed Sirlin, president of R.E.N.T. as well as group director and senior vice president of Signature Bank. Walzer will take over the role from Pauline Evans, a senior vice president of Sotheby's International Realty. Evans will remain an active member of the group. "Pauline has done an outstanding job as a board member, and she has created a solid foundation upon which Bill can continue to build," said Sirlin. "We greatly appreciate her contributions." R.E.N.T. normally meets at 8 a.m. on the last Tuesday of every month, at the Union League Club, 38 East 37th St.
