388 Bridge Street launches leasing for downtown Brooklyn's newest residential tower

According to the Stahl Organization and Halstead Property Development Marketing, leasing has commenced at 388 Bridge Street. The 53-story, 378-residence tower located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn will include 234 rental apartments, 144 condominiums and a full-suite of luxurious on-site amenities. At 590 feet, 388 Bridge Street is Brooklyn's tallest residential building. Designed by SLCE, the all-glass building, enhanced by a lighted crown, will allow residents to enjoy sweeping views of Manhattan, Brooklyn and the New York Harbor. The rentals at 388 Bridge Street will be ready for occupancy in February 2014. The tower includes rentals on floors seven through thirty-one that range in size from 490 s/f to 1,166 s/f and features a mix of layouts including studios to two-bedroom apartments. All rental apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows with solar shades, 9'-foot ceilings, three-inch gray wash white oak floors and Bosch Axxis washers and dryers. Kitchens include GE stainless steel appliances, dark grey quartz countertops and attractive textured grey cabinets with stainless steel banding. Bathrooms feature vertical-stacked tiles, white quartz sink decks, ceramic sinks and polished chrome faucets. Rental prices range from $2,540 per-month for a lower floor studio to $6,290 per-month for an upper floor two-bedroom. All residents at 388 Bridge Street will enjoy a full suite of amenities, highlighted by a rooftop viewing terrace with grilling stations, allowing every resident the ability to experience the building's incredible views. At night, the building's crown will be lit by power supplied from the building's two wind turbines.
