What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Built Environment Sustainability Consulting primarily for existing commercial buildings. My team takes our clients through energy efficiency audits and helps them implement conservation measures that will help them save energy and money. For the future...I am not quite sure but I am pretty certain it involves wearing shades.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? We just rescued a couple of kittens. They are four-month old brothers, one jet black the other a redhead, and they are psychopaths. They are either performing matrix-like moves on each other, chewing through our window treatments or cuddling with each other on our clean laundry. So basically I spend my free time watching live cat videos.
Favorite book or author: Presently my favorite book is "Where'd You Go Bernadette" by Maria Semple. If you have spent any time in Seattle, you'd understand.
Favorite movie: "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy." Where else can one find all together Mos Def, Helen Mirren and the answer to life's great question.
Last song you purchased/downloaded? My favorite find: Some DJ's mix of Jay Z's "City is Mine" and Dolly Parton's "Jolene." Absolutely brilliant.
One word to describe your work environment: Mobilicious
Rules to live by in business: Say yes to everything. This philosophy has provided me with many amazing opportunities, kept me quite busy and has gotten me into trouble only a couple of times.
If you could invite one person to dinner (living or dead) who would it be and where would you go? My father who has passed. We'd go somewhere quiet so I could hear him, and this time I would listen.
What is your dream job? (I have no answer for this - wish I did)
