Rapid Realty NYC was named one of the winners of SmartCEO's first annual New York Future 50 Awards. Executives from the winning companies were celebrated at a black-tie optional ceremony on November 25th, at event space Capitale in downtown Manhattan. SmartCEO's Future 50 Awards recognize the 50 fastest-growing companies in the area. Winners are judged based on the growth of their employees and revenue over the preceding three years. While this is the first year that SmartCEO has held these awards for companies in the region, the Future 50 Awards have become a hotly-contested and much-anticipated event in the Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Washington D.C. business communities. Previous honorees include telecommunications giant Comcast and leading IT services contractors Presidio and MicroTech. During the three-year period used to determine the 2013 Future 50 list, Rapid Realty NYC expanded at a phenomenal rate, rising from the infancy of its franchising operations to its current status as one of the largest real estate firms in New York, with over 60 franchise locations throughout the city and beyond. "It feels great to be included on the Future 50," said CEO Anthony Lolli.
