What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2013?
Creating and continuing to provide marketing programs which aid in our clients growth strategies. Nothing is more rewarding than our clients gaining greater exposure.
What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013?
Working with an existing client that has multiple companies and is in a rapid growth mode. We have created cohesive solutions across the brands, implemented brand guidelines for their 600+ employees, aided in their growth and marketing strategies as well as maintaining their day-to day requirements.
All of these programs that are in place allow for growth, exposure and brand recognition.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2014?
Based on the current trends and client demands, I believe that businesses will continue to settle in some 'non-typical' areas, which makes for some interesting commercial deals.
What are your resolutions for 2014?
Build a more diverse practice, continue to work with and for people I trust and admire, and to continue our commitment to charitable outreach and involvement.​Hutzler, Mantis Marketing
