What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2013? Patience and persistence play a more significant role in completing transactions these days. I sold a 23 acre site that will become a development subdivision for 148 townhouse/condo residential community for 55 and over called Bayport Meadows in Islip, Long Island. The site was rezoned from industrial to residential.
