What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2013? The greatest professional accomplishment in 2013 was the announcement that our Bank will be acquiring the First National Bank of New York. This acquisition will enable Bridgehampton National Bank (BNB) to have Offices in Manhattan as well as parts of Nassau County in 2014. Our financing of the acquisition of Gurney's Inn in Montauk which will help propel what is already a high profile property into an international resort destination. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2014? Commercial real estate should continue to enjoy solid performance in terms of both return and appreciation. What are your resolutions for 2014? Resolutions for 2014 include opening our first full service branch in Manhattan along with BNB continuing to viewed as an exceptional resource for banking and financing for real estate professionals in the markets we serve.
