Sher of Sabre Real RE Group reps Starbuck's in 2,000 s/f lease

Seattle-based coffee giant Starbucks has leased 2,000 s/f of end cap space in the renovated Village Shopping Center, located at 1260 Springfield Ave. Sabre Real Estate Group's Scott Sher, who is spearheading the cafe chain's site search in Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Union and Hudson counties, represented the tenant. The Goldstein Group represented the landlord, N. Providence LLC, an affiliate of Urstadt Biddle.
