Savanna hires Moore as senior analyst

Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity and asset management firm, announced it has hired Ian Moore as senior analyst. In his new position, Moore will work on acquisitions and asset management including acquisition underwriting, due diligence, financial modeling and deal structuring. "We are delighted to welcome Ian to Savanna. His experience and industry knowledge have allowed him to hit the ground running and have already made him a key addition to the Savanna team," said Nicholas Bienstock, a managing partner of Savanna. Prior to joining Savanna in 2013, Moore worked at The JBG Companies, a real estate private equity and development firm in Washington, D.C., as an analyst in the Investments Group. At JBG, Moore was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and development. "I am thrilled to join Savanna and look forward to working with the firm on embracing new opportunities to create value within Savanna's portfolio," said Moore. "This is a great opportunity to use my prior experience and help build on the success the firm has had to date." Moore received a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in Real Estate & Development in the Wharton School of Business.
