Great American Brokerage helps open The Park Grill & Sports Bar; Sabre Real Estate represents landlord

According to Paul Fetscher CCIM, SCLS, president of Great American Brokerage, Inc., new restaurants are opening in the area. The first, with a grand opening date of Friday, October 4th, is The Park Grill & Sports Bar. The 7,000 s/f space has a 16' high silver ceiling that floats above the main dining room. The restaurant has been completely rehabilitated and will feature family-style dining and catering. There will be 160 dining seats, a bar area with high tables for drinking or dining, and an upstairs lounge area.The Park's managing partner Dan Murphy is the owner of Murphy's Law in Manhattan. At the Park, he combines the warmth and charm of his native Ireland with his expertise in hospitality to provide families an exciting eating and drinking experience. Murphy's partner is the highly skilled P. J. Kavanagh, owner of two existing Long Beach West End restaurants and partner in the largest chain of sports bars in the state of Florida. Bokampers is a chain of sports bar family restaurants with over 12,000 s/f per units. Bokampers is a former Miami Dolphin and is an on-air TV personality for Dolphin broadcasts. Chef Marc Anthony Bynum, a winning chef on the Food Network's "Chopped" has orchestrated an inviting menu. It ranges from New York strip steak, grilled salmon, chicken dishes, regional seafood to more traditional chicken dishes and of course, the all-American burger. One of their signatures will be a variety of fresh (never frozen) wings. Children can choose additional items from a kids menu. The 40' long bar area features several 85" TV screens for sports fans and a wide selection of craft beers poured from thirty taps. Of course a selection of wines and specialty cocktails will also be available. The Park Grill & Sports Bar is located at 20 West Park Ave., a space originally occupied by Corbin & Reynolds. Sabre Real Estate represented the landlord of the office building, opposite the LIRR station.
