Port Jefferson Station, NY Jerry Mancini, Greg Hamilton and Lee Schaller of Cornerstone Capital Realty LLC sold a NNN Dunkin Donuts on Nesconset Hwy. for $1.05 million. Cornerstone Capital Realty LLC represented both the seller and the buyer on this transaction. Mancini represented the buyer and Hamilton and Schaller represented the seller.
