Genovesi, Marroccoli and Goyden of NAI Global represent tenant for 8,465 s/f

Joseph Genovesi, vice chairman of NAI Global's New York City office, and associates Nina Marroccoli and Marie Goyden, represented Red Line Films in the 10-year lease of 8,465 s/f of office space on the 6th floor of 304 Hudson St. The Midtown South property, located in Hudson Sq., is owned by Trinity Church. Garett Varricchio of Trinity Real Estate represented the owner. Red Line Films is expanding and relocating from its 1560 Broadway offices.
