Stieber's Sweet Shoppe opens first New York City location

Stieber's Sweet Shoppe is opening their first N.Y.C. location modeled after their family owned CA flagship. Located at 195 Bleecker St., the building totals 775 s/f of ground level space and 950 s/f of basement space. Stieber's will offer a wide variety of candies, unique sweets and gifts. Ravi Idnani and James Famularo of NYCRS represented the buyer and Elba Diaz and William Abramson of Buchbinder + Warren Realty Group LLC represented the seller.
