Young Mortgage Bankers Association (YMBA) hosts April 9 lunch

The Young Mortgage Bankers Association (YMBA) is presenting an expert panel of builders to discuss the green movement in real estate development on April 9. The luncheon will be held from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Union League Club, 38 East 37th St. The discussion will cover the environmental technologies that are being incorporated into new buildings, the cost/benefit analysis, LEED certification, marketing and financing implications.
