Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt & Associates brokers sale of former DiCicco Market

Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Scarsdale-based Goldschmidt & Associates has brokered the sale of the former DiCicco Marketplace property, 505 New Rochelle Rd., Bronxville to CVS Caremark Corp. The former food market will be renovated and occupied by a 7,800 s/f CVS Pharmacy. The new CVS location is located between its Eastchester and Pelham stores. The store opening, in early 2014, complements the opening in mid-November of the 14,400 s/f CVS Pharmacy at 2290 Central Park Ave., Yonkers, the former site of Nathan's. CVS will occupy 50% of the new strip center. Goldschmidt & Associates is the exclusive broker for the center and was the sole broker for the CVS Caremark lease. T.M. Crowley & Associates was the preferred developer for CVS/Caremark on both transactions.
