Czarniak of Sabre Real Estate Group secures 5,450 s/f

Sabre Real Estate Group, the newest retail real estate firm in the metropolitan area has filled two retail spaces totaling 5,450 s/f in the Stop & Shop shopping center. The new tenants will fill a vacant former Hollywood Video store, a freestanding building, at 47 Shore Rd. The new tenants are: * Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, which leased 2,950 s/f. It is expected to open by the second quarter of 2014. * I Love Kickboxing, which leased 2,500 s/f. It is expected to open by the second quarter of 2014. Ed Czarniak, an associate at Sabre, represented the landlord, Ahold USA, the parent of Stop & Shop, in both transactions. The new stores join Stop & Shop, Home Goods, Radio Shack, and Port Washington Village Hall.
