Marcus, Oliver and O'Connor of NGKF rep TRITEC in 14,967 s/f; Greiner of Greiner Maltz reps tenant, Omnicon, in long-term lease

According to TRITEC Real Estate Co., Inc., The Omnicon Group has signed a long-term lease for 14,967 s/f at 50 Engineers Rd. Omnicon analyzes and improves the reliability and safety of products, develops software and hardware systems, and provides comprehensive test engineering services. Omnicon was represented by Dean Greiner of Greiner Maltz. TRITEC was represented by Dan Marcus, Dan Oliver, and Jack O'Connor of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF). The design of the remodeled space will be completed by Ed Farrell of Nemschick Silverman Architects and constructed by TRITEC. The tenant is expected to take occupancy in the beginning of 2014.
Omnicon will join existing tenant Verizon in 50 Engineers Rd. The building is located in the Hauppauge Industrial Park, one of the nation's largest industrial park totaling millions of s/f of corporate, industrial and retail space.
