Richard Neuman's expertise includes owner's representative, project and move management and operations. He is skilled in the management of complex, multi-faceted relocation, space planning, facility redesign and construction projects. In addition, he has managed the daily functions of sophisticated operations. His extensive background also encompasses sales, marketing and special events and his industry experience includes broadcasting, publishing and health care. He is chairman of the USGBC-LI programs committee.
