The Long Island chapter of the Appraisal Institute will hold a National USPAP 7-Hour Update course on Dec. 13th­. This is a required course as part of NYS Appraiser 28-hour CE every two years. The course will be held at the Marriott Residence Inn, 9 Gerhard Rd.
