Sahn concentrates his practice in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including representing clients in purchase and sale agreements; acquisition financing transactions; industrial/economic development projects; and commercial lease agreements in the office, retail and industrial markets. In addition, he represents many clients in connection with ground-up real estate development projects, and institutional lenders in commercial real estate and multifamily loan transactions. He also has represented defense contractors in facility closures and divestitures, and in negotiations with local redevelopment agencies and municipal representatives.
Sahn is the co-chair of the firm's diversity committee and manages the firm's "sustainable" initiatives. He oversaw the firm's LEED certification process for its office and is also on the board of directors of the USGBC-LI chapter.

USGBC's core purpose is to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life. USGBC-LI works to bring these values to the communities of Long Island.
