Bianculli, who has several years of experience in the real estate industry, currently focuses her efforts primarily on landlord and tenant representation in Long Island and the outer boroughs of New York City. Prior to joining Sabre, Bianculli worked for Prudential Douglas Elliman in its commercial division, where she concentrated on landlord and tenant representation. She currently is working on leasing several development projects as well as assisting on expansion programs for some of Sabre's national accounts.
