Feinberg and Socia of Sutton Companies broker $675,000 restaurant sale

Bart Feinberg and Larry Socia of Sutton Companies brokered the $675,000 sale of the former Fresno's Restaurant located at 3920 Brewerton Rd. on Rt. 11. The seller was Berkshire Bank and the buyer was RZCP Enterprises of Syracuse for the new home of Basil Leaf Restaurant.
