Hemisphere Holdings Corp. arranged the sale of Geneva Gardens Townhomes located at 500 Pulteney St. Geneva. The property consists of 53 units and sold for $1.44 million. Richard Will, president of Hemisphere Holdings Corp. brokered the sale. The seller was Geneva Gardens Townhomes, LLC and the buyer was undisclosed.
