Monroe Roadways, Rochester's leading site construction expert, is celebrating 50 years of successfully meeting and exceeding customer requirements using experience, strength, and commitment to show you a site done right!
Founded in 1963, by the Carini Brothers in Fairport, Monroe was originally formed as an asphalt paving company specializing in Residential driveways. As the business grew, so did its services. Self-performing all phases of site development, construction, renovation, and maintenance, Monroe over the years has been responsible for the construction of countless Subdivisions throughout Monroe, Ontario, and Wayne Counties.
"This was a little company that we built into an efficient, state-of-the-art, regional leader in full-service site construction," said Monroe Roadways president, Jeff Taylor. "With our experience, strength, and commitment superior to any other regional site contractor, we do it right, when you need it, and stand behind it for years to come."
Recently, Monroe has expanded its services to accommodate the demand for quality site work in all public and private sectors, including educational, medical, professional office, industrial, not-for-profit, retail, recreational, and residential. Monroe has grown alongside some of the largest employers in the region having completed significant projects for the University of Rochester, St. John Fisher College, ESL Federal Credit Union, Wegmans, and Hillside Children's Center.
