The Accredited Management Organization, (AMO) is the designation bestowed upon property management firms who have Certified Property Managers (CPM) in an executive position, directing and supervising the firm's real estate management activities. The AMO accreditation is the only recognition of excellence given to real estate management firms. Robert Vacarello, CPM & president of RY Management accepted an award honoring his company's 25 years as an AMO at a recent IREM event. Hector Pinero, CPM, accepted the award on behalf of Related Management Co.'s 25 years as an AMO.
