Kapahi of HKS Capital Partners negotiates $51.33m in financing

Ayush Kapahi, one of HKS Capital Partners LLC founders, a leading commercial real estate finance and advisory firm, has negotiated the following eight deals totaling $51.33 million: * A $14.175 million acquisition finance of a multifamily property in Park Slope. The loan features a rate of 3.45% and a term of seven years. * An $11.537 million permanent financing of a multi-family building located in Crown Heights. The loan features a rate of 3.5% and a term of ten years. * A $9 million renovation financing for a 294-guest-room hotel in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Island. The loan features a rate of 6.5% and a term of two years. * A $6.8 million permanent finance of an office building located in Chelsea, Manhattan. The loan features a rate of 3.875% and a term of seven years. * A $5.917 million re-finance of a multi-story building with 36 residential units located in the East Bronx. The loan features a rate of 4.13% and a term of 10 years. * A $3.9 million permanent finance of a 22,314 s/f mixed-use retail and residential building with elevator containing 31 residential units, laundry room and fifteen parking spaces in Riverdale, the Bronx. The loan features a rate of 3.85 % and a term of 24 months. Other recent HKS Capital deals include: A $12.7 million finance for three properties used as document storage facilities, two in Miami, FL and one in Indianapolis, IN. The loan features a rate of 5.25% and a term of five years. Chad Johnson negotiated this transaction and a $9.761 million ground-up construction loan for a 50-unit rental building located in East Harlem, New York. The loan features a rate of 6% and a term of 12 months. The guarantee was reduced from full recourse, to only a completion guarantee. Michael Lee negotiated this transaction.
