Savanna signs lease for 6,822 s/f at 31 Penn Plaza

Savanna, a New York-based real estate private equity firm, arranged the following new lease at 31 Penn Plaza: Compass Group USA., a leader in foodservice management and support services has signed a new lease occupying 6,822 s/f on a portion of the 6th floor for a ten 10-year term. Mitch Konsker, Matthew Astrachan and Matt Polhemus of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Savanna, while Tyler McNeil and Michael Burlant of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
