Gerstel and Niblock of Friedman-Roth Realty secure $3.15 million sale

Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC arranged the sale of 2330 Ryer Ave. Located just off the Grand Concourse in the Fordham Heights section of the city, the 5-story apartment building contains 36 apartments that encompasses 26,095 s/f. The property was sold for a purchase price of $3.15 million. Friedman-Roth's David Gerstel represented the purchaser and George Niblock, a managing partner, represented the seller.
