HKS handles five finance deals totaling $21.6 million

HKS Capital Partners LLC has negotiated the following five deals totaling $23.2 million:
* HKS' Jonathan Harrington negotiated an $8.5 million refinance of eight connected four-story buildings, 41,000 s/f total, with 22 residential units, in Crown Height, Brooklyn. The loan features a rate of 4% and a term of 10 years.
* HKS'Ayush Kapahi negotiated a $6 million acquisition finance toward a $7.6 million purchase price of 19 unsold residential units, 15,533 rentable s/f total, in a 22-story, 66,868 s/f full-service Chelsea condo building. The loan features a rate of $3.25% and a term of two years.
* HKS' Rex Grasso negotiated a $3.1 million mortgage refinance of a four-story, 13,913 s/f mixed use building comprised of four residential units and two commercial units in NoHo. The loan features a rate of 3.85% and a term of 10 years.
* HKS' Michael Lee negotiated a $2.5 million refinance of a five-story, 25,000 s/f TriBeCa commercial building with five units. The loan features a rate of 3.94% and a term of 10 years.
* Grasso negotiated a $1.5 million acquisition and 15-month bridge financing of a corner three-story, 10,000 s/f, mixed use building, comprised of four residential units and three commercial units, in East Tremont, Bronx. The loan features a rate of 4% and a term of 15 months.
