Centria is a major tenant at the site. Financing was based on a 15-year term and a 15-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower, Edgetowne Partners, through NorthMarq's relationship with a correspondent life company lender. "This property is located in a growing office market located near Pittsburgh's airport," DeVinney said.
