Gerazounis joins Sabre Real Estate as an associate

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the metropolitan area's newest retail brokerage firm, is bolstering its New York City brokerage team with the addition of John Gerazounis as an associate. Gerazounis, who will focus on landlord and tenant representation, previously was a commercial real estate salesperson at Venture Capital Properties in Manhattan. Prior to joining Venture Capital Properties, he worked in mortgage banking. "John Gerazounis' experience and energy will be extremely valuable as we expand our operations in New York City," said Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre. "He will be an important member of our growing team of brokers." He resides in New Hyde Park.
