Ranieri of NorthMarq arranges $3 million in financing for Middle Village Apts.

Robert Ranieri, senior vice president and managing director of NorthMarq's Greater Westchester NY/CT regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $3 million for Middle Village Apartments, a 160-unit market-rate multifamily property located at 24 Day St. Financing was based on a 15-year term with a 15-year amortization schedule. NorthMarq arranged this financing for the borrower, Middle Village Associates, L.L.C. with a regional bank.
