Gorjian of Namdar secures 220,000 s/f shopping center

Joel Gorjian assisted Namdar Realty Group on their acquisition of the Jacksonville Regional Shopping Center. The shopping center consists of 220,000 s/f, while being 85% leased with anchor tenant sales by JCPenney and Winn Dixie. "With 86% of the current tenancy being in-place for longer than 10 years, it allows us to maximize our focus merely on adding value to the property by leasing the vacancies," said Gorjian.
