M.C. O'Brien Inc. has completed three lease transactions on behalf of the New York based non-profit, Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a contract provider for New York City's human resources administration's, We Care program. The combined s/f for the three leases totaled 84,671 s/f.
Two of the leases were in Brooklyn where Fedcap committed to all of the available office space at 200 Montague St., which comprised 30,000 s/f spread over the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. In addition, Fedcap committed to 26,400 s/f on the 4th floor at 25 Elm St.
Concurrently, Fedcap committed to 28, 271 s/f in Jamaica in the former Gertz Plaza department store which has been retrofitted for office use at 162-10 Jamaica Ave.
