Dave Sloan CCIM, broker/owner of Sloan Commercial Real Estate, has negotiated multiple sales totaling $965,000.All sales were closed within 5 months. The properties are adjacent to one another and across from Lowe's Home Improvement Store and a Super WalMart Store on Rte. 31. The sales are as follows: * Sale of 30,240 s/f single story commercial building located at 280 Rte. 31 on 5.4 acres. The building is targeted for Tractor Supply. It sold for $600,000 to Laker Development Group. The seller was HPM Management. * Sale of 41 acres and 5 acres on Wayneport Rd. The property is being rezoned to Total Planned Development (TPD). Proposed for single-family homes, patio homes, townhouses, senior living and office buildings. The total sale price was $305,000. Land was purchased by Four Points Land Development. The seller of the 41 acres was R. Grodsky and Turk Hill Estates sold the 5 acres. * Sale of two commercial lots totaling 1.4 acres on Carlson Ln. to be used by an investor for future use. The sale price was $60,000 and the seller was Turk Hill Estates Sloan represented the buyer and seller in each transaction.
